Bison Burger at the Grillshed

Gloucester’s GrillShed restaurant isn’t even open yet and it’s already got us salivating.

The smokehouse-style eatery is coming to Merchants Quay in October and is being opened by four Gloucester Rugby stars.

The chef, Shane McBagley, is from California and has clearly been busy making sure the menu is on point.

Some of the pictures of the dishes being sampled are mouth-watering – take a look.

Healthy options like delicious tuna steak will sit alongside incredible-looking burgers and meat dishes.

The ‘Grill Shed Burger’ made its debut at Gloucester’s SportBeat Festival last weekend and went down very well indeed. Just look at it!

But it all looks stunning. The restaurant will be neighboured by Dr Fosters on one side and the new Greek on the Docks on the other – quite a little cluster.
